Great location, price and amenities, indoor pool and hot tub, fitness centre, free breakfast, nice and clean, warm pool, everything was great, fridge and microwave in room nice quiet heating system two large beds good quality and choice of shows on television, ample parking, close to Grove City Outlets shopping, highly recommended
My family and friends stayed here for my wedding weekend... it was perfect! Very accommodating. Huge bridal suite for my bridesmaids and I to get ready, and very flexible with getting us into our rooms as early as possible. Very clean, great fixtures. Highly recommend!
The only reason for the 3 stars and not 5 was that the ceiling / walls seem thin. We kept hearing the people above us. It was a little bit unrelaxing.
We were presently surprised when we checked into this hotel. Our plan was not to stay the night in the US but drive home to Toronto, but we decided last minute to stay and shop at the Premium Outlets. I was welcomed by Paula and wow, what excellent customer service. She was thorough, funny and very pleasant. She was able to find us 2 King rooms and told us all about the facilities, the eats in the area and about the 24-hour popcorn, coffee/tea and hot chocolate! We will definitely be staying at this hotel again!
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Pool and hot tub was amazing and the location is perfect. 1 min away from outletmalls and restaurants.
Very nice hotel. Excellent customer service. They really treat their guests well and are super friendly. The breakfast was also very good with a lot of options. Clean rooms and excellent bathrooms.
